Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, the upcoming flagship offering from Samsung is tipped to feature a display with very thin bezels like that of the expensive Galaxy S25 Ultra model.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge in global markets in April, and the company recently showed off the handset at the recently concluded MWC 2025 in Barcelona. A tipster has now leaked the display size and the weight of the upcoming phone from Samsung, as well as its expected listing price. The device is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, similar to S25 lineup from Samsung, but with a smaller battery compared to Galaxy S25+ (Plus) model. Samsung unveiled the S25 series in January this year and the devices are available on market.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and Expected price
The tipster who goes by the name Ice Universe on X (formerly twitter), also reveals that the price of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will be similar to the Galaxy S25+ launched this year. If the tipster’s claim is accurate, we expect the price of the upcoming device to be around $999 (around 87,000 INR).
The tipster also revealed with a rendering that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will sports a 6.65-inch display, nearly identical to the display of S25+ which is 6.67-inch in size. But the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge will have thinner and narrower bezels compared to S25+ model, similar to as seen in the Galaxy S25 Ultra model.
The render also sheds some light on the thickness and the weight of the device. The device is expected to be 5.84mm thick, significantly slimmer than the Galaxy S25+ model which is 7.3mm thick. It also revealed that the weight of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge will also be lower than that of S25+ models and will be around 162g compared to 195g for Plus model. It is worth noting that the upcoming smartphone will have a smaller battery and will only sport two rear cameras instead of triple camera setup like the Plus model.
Beside battery and the rear cameras, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to have similar specification with the S25+, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and 12GB of RAM. It is also expected to run Samsung’s One UI 7 based on Android 15 out of box.
Samsung MX VP (Product and Marketing) for the UK, Annika Bizon recently shared that the slimness of the Samsung S25 Edge wouldn’t affect the phone’s durability. The VP didn’t share any info about how the device is made durable, but it is expected that it will feature a ceramic back panel instead of glass.
